Vodafone flogs 100,000 iPhones in a Week!

That’s a lot of Apples out there and proves that the iPhone is as popular as ever.

The question is: Will the Apple announcement on the 27th mean everyone who has just got an iPhone will wish they’d waited a little while longer?

Not what you want to hear when you’ve just coughed up all that dough, to be told you got the old model. Heck, I got mine in November and I don’t want to hear it.

Thing is, I reckon the big news will not be a new iPhone.

The Apple announcement will include (I’m guessing here):

A New device which may or may not be the Tablet everyone is hoping for. Will it be named the “iSlate“? WHOIS knows, but maybe the time is right for the tablet.

eReaders are ok, I’ve had mind for the best part of a year and I hardly use it now. I really hope that Apple don’t go down that route and do something amazing and  game changing. They usually do.

The iPhone will come in a range of new colours but no Hardware update.

iPhone OS 4.0 will be available soon with lots of cool and much needed updates such as “Multitasking”. Yes you know you want it. The ability to run programs in the background without shagging the battery life.

Oh and I hear that Google is being dropped as the default seach engine. For… Bing. Yep, Mac and Windows working together. We will see.
